What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the service, date and time you choose, and any notes you add. If you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter.
How we use it
We use your details only to manage your appointment — confirming, rescheduling or contacting you about it — and to reply to your messages. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Who can see it
Only the authorised salon administrator can see your booking details. The salon team will contact you via WhatsApp to discuss and confirm your appointment. There is no public booking-status lookup.
Storage
Booking information is stored with Google Firebase. Website photographs use externally hosted image links. The floating WhatsApp button’s position is saved only in your own browser.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage appointments and our service history. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
